After acquiring and purchasing all helicopter assets from Gyrodyne Company of America of Long Island New
York (including blueprints, tooling, test reports, parts, documentation, and all intellectual properties - also the
GYRODYNE name and logo), all assets were shipped to AVIODYNE facility in Los Angeles, CA.

AVIODYNE became GYRODYNE CA./GYRODYNE California and continues supporting US Army White Sands
New Mexico and EADS Germany with spare parts and technical support.

GYRODYNE CA./GYRODYNECalifornia immediately invested $500,000 of its own money and designed and built
on a QH-50D drone airframe a man carrying attachment and manufactured in-house all the necessary
components to install new 4 axis hydraulic system and Allison C-20B engine 420 hp. ; see photos below.

This new test bed with hydraulic boost was designed by us to accommodate new auto-pilot system
and to totally eliminate 2 per rev. vibration.
